I was previously a supervising social worker in fostering for 7 years then resigned from the register after changing roles and having my daughter. I also worked in an education setting for 2 years. I am now back working for FFC under the title Fostering support worker whilst I regain my registration by doing my required hours that will be overseen by the registered manager/director Donna Turner. I will be doing both roles concurrently however do have the experience and qualifications to case manage and support foster carer and the children they care for. I am so excited to be back doing what I enjoy and am passionate about.
