Family Fostercare took children linked to the fostering agency for a couple of games of bowling followed by lunch.

Two lanes were booked for the children and they decided who they wanted to bowl with.  This resulted in the older children playing together and the younger children using the second lane. Most of the children knew each other, however new to placement children came to enjoy the bowling too.  Everyone had fun and had time to chat amoungst themselves.

The carers helped the younger children whilst the older children were getting rather good at the game with a few strikes and spares, with plenty of cheering and support for each other.

Lunch was ordered on arrival at the venue by the children and after two games all the children sat down to eat together - there were empty plates all round.
